1. Scope & Commitment

ACK Environment (“ACK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides high-precision environmental consultancy, GPCB liaison, Consent to Establish (CTE), Consolidated Consent to Operate (CCA), Environmental Clearances (EC), NABL analytical lab testing, and statutory Schedule II Environmental Audits across industrial clusters in Gujarat, India.

We fully understand that environmental engineering and liaison necessitate handling sensitive manufacturing formulations, chemical inventories, mass balance stoichiometry, site layout maps, and statutory government filing credentials. This Privacy & Data Protection Policy governs the collection, processing, confidentiality, and storage of all client data gathered through our advisory engagements, website (https://ack-environment.in), digital forms, and offline client communications.

2. Industrial Information We Collect

Depending on the statutory scope commissioned by the industrial unit, we may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Industrial Identity & Corporate Records: Company name, CIN/LLPIN, registered manufacturing address, factory plot coordinates, director/proprietor identity, and authorised liaison contact details.
• Manufacturing & Engineering Parameters: Raw material consumption sheets, daily production capacities, chemical CAS registries, flowcharts, material safety data sheets (MSDS), boiler fuel metrics, and air pollution control equipment specifications.
• Water & Effluent Quantities: Fresh water intake meters, domestic sewage volume, trade effluent generation, CETP membership quotas, and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) operational logs.
• Government Portal Access: GPCB XGN (Extended Green Node) login credentials, Parivesh 2.0 account handles, TSDF disposal records, and CPCB EPR portal entries provided expressly for authorized filing.
• Laboratory & Stack Emissions Data: Ambient air monitoring metrics, flue gas parameters, BOD/COD values, heavy metal assays, and ground water quality test outputs.

3. How We Use Client Data

Every item of information entrusted to ACK Environment is used solely for designated statutory and technical purposes:

• Drafting and mathematically vetting Comprehensive Project Reports (CPR) and Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
• Executing accurate mass balance calculations and environmental management plans (EMP).
• Filing statutory CTE, CCA, and EC clearance petitions on official government portals (XGN, Parivesh, CPCB).
• Representing the unit during GPCB technical presentations, scrutiny response drafting, and hearing schedules.
• Delivering NABL-accredited laboratory test certificates and Form-V annual environmental audit statements.

4. Statutory Authority Disclosures

In our capacity as statutory environmental consultants and empanelled Schedule II auditors, we transmit industrial data only to recognized statutory government authorities as mandated by Indian environmental jurisprudence:

• Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB): Head Office (Gandhinagar) and relevant Regional Offices (Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Vapi, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Jamnagar, Morbi, etc.).
• Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) & MoEFCC / SEIAA Gujarat: For Category A/B Environmental Clearances and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) mandates.
• Competent Judicial or Regulatory Benches: Submissions strictly under official summons from the National Green Tribunal (NGT) or State High Courts in designated legal matters.

5. Non-Disclosure & Secrecy Standards

ACK Environment treats all proprietary chemical formulas, batch process designs, and client operational blueprints as confidential trade secrets. Our internal engineering staff, analytical lab technicians, and liaison executives are bound by stringent Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

We readily sign client-drafted or mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to site reconnaissance, technical due diligence, or preliminary formulation discussions.

6. NABL Lab Samples & Chain-of-Custody

Analytical water, soil, noise, and stack gas samples drawn from your factory premises follow stringent ISO/IEC 17025:2017 chain-of-custody protocols:

• Samples are barcoded, temperature-controlled, and tested in accredited laboratories without public industrial brand exposure.
• Laboratory raw worksheets and chromatograms are retained in encrypted analytical servers.
• Post-testing residual sample aliquots are neutralised and safely disposed of in accordance with Hazardous Waste Management Rules.

7. Data Storage, Security & Document Purging

Digital files, scan copies of land ownership records, and XGN submission receipts are stored in access-restricted, firewalled servers with 256-bit AES encryption. Physical file dossiers are stored in secured file cabinets at our registered office in Jimmy Tower, Rajkot.

In accordance with GPCB audit guidelines, statutory inspection records are preserved for the legally prescribed statutory review period (typically 5 to 7 operational years), following which digital archives are securely purged and physical records are shredded upon client authorization.
